The Thyroid Lifestyle Method - a 90-day program that teaches you how to eat and train in a way that gets your metabolism working for you (not against you) while getting to eat more food. We use functional testing to focus on a whole-body protocol that’s designed just for you.

The method focuses on addressing the root causes of thyroid dysfunction and supporting the body's natural healing process, rather than relying solely on medication. It involves making changes to diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and environmental toxins.

I’m a certified personal trainer, functional nutrition coach, and metabolism specialist who specializes in helping women with hypothyroidism lose weight and feel better. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos/hypothyroidism, I have healed my body, and I’m here to tell you there is a better way to reach your fitness, health, and weight loss goals without extremes.
